Class, group, and individual projects are common features of my courses. Below is an example of a wildlife techniques class project where we established camera trap transects at the Lanphere Dunes Unit of the Humboldt Bay National Wildlife Refuge. Our objective was to assess the influence of edge effects on mammal communities within dune forest fragments.
